Gemma is affiliated with Heavy Sound CIC working one to one and in small groups with young people, supporting  on their projects, working with staff and running groups for parents and carers. Gemma also works with Place2Be as part of their Clinical Bank Staff and in addition to Gemma's training she has 14 years of Corporate Leadership, Coaching and HR experience. This makes her the ideal contractor, from running staff wellbeing events, working with leaders on wellbeing strategy, helping students and guidance teams and acting as an employee referral option.
